Booking with us is very simply and fast – In five steps :
1- You select one or two rooms – First choices
2- You fill in the form below and send it
3- You get a reply in a matter of hours with the detail of a proposed booking and price.
4- You send the deposit through Paypal (here at bottom left
5- You get an overall final confirmation with detailed infos on how to prepare your trip to Provence (Hints and tips)

At the end of your stay, you pay the balance as you like : cash or card.

General Sales Conditions :
The above rates are per night, including breakfast but for stays of two nights and more.
We receive guests for one single night. The rate is increased by 40 EUR for additional costs.
We have also decreasing rates according to duration.
The Local Tax is 1.60 EUR per  adult and per night.
We do not receive guests at any  behavior conditions.
Priorities are quietness, hygien and safety for our guests.
So a few (A) requirements :
- No dogs or pets.
- No food in the rooms. We have a fridge for that in the Summer Dining Room. No picnic inside the premises.
-  Parents must have their children under control, especially for noise, cleanliness and safety.
- No smoking inside the house and discretely if outside.

Booking conditions
All bookings shall be confirmed with a credit card number.
We accept all major credit cards both for booking and final payment. The total balance can be charged upon arrival.
If the stay lasts 1 or 2 days we will charge your credit card with the amount of one night as a deposit.
If the stay lasts more than 2 days, we will charge your credit card with a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the stay.
It is due one month before arrival date.

Cancellation policy
To be valid, it must be made by e-mail, or in writing.
Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival ( 6:30 PM) : refund of the deposit.
Cancellation between  21 and 5 days before arrival : refund of 50% of the deposit.
Less than 5 days,  no refund of deposit.
No show, 3 nights charge.
In all cases, 30 EUR administrative fees.

Every person confirming a booking is  engaged to respect the General Sales Conditions of Mas des Etoiles, including the (A) requirements above. Any infringement will entail the end of the stay with the total payment of the amount initially agreed upon.
